Finding Hope In God's Promises
March 29, 2024
The Bible is filled with thousands of God’s promises for us to hold onto when we aren’t feeling so hopeful.
I like Isaiah 40:29 which promises, “He gives strength to the weary, and to him who has no might He increases power.”
There are many times I feel like I have no strength for the task in front of me.
Then I can go to Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.”
Is there a particular struggle that seems to continually rear its head at you? Find a promise of God in the Bible and write it down, learn it, memorize it, and speak it as a prayer when you want to claim it.
When you have hope in God’s promises, it says in Romans 5:5, “it will never disappoint, because God’s love has been abundantly poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.”
Remember, choose hope today.
